A reflection of our personalities, the dynamic space is a considerate balance of individual and free-for-all spaces. Its open layout is flexible for multiple purposes, inviting collaboration among team members with the opportunity to retreat to private offices.

- Color scheme: Warm, comfortable and contemporary, our professional design concept connects us to our new visual identity.
- “Rhumba Room:” Inspired by the name of its wall paint, this room was designed by staff to serve in any work-or-play capacity that the user desires.
- Café: If the kitchen is “The heart of a home,” then our café is the heart of FrazierHeiby! This modern food station doubles as an impromptu meeting hub.
- Exclusive art: Columbus Zoo’s famed Colo — the first and oldest gorilla to be born in captivity anywhere in the world — lent her artistic talents to create four unique pieces for us.
- Scenic views: Windows virtually line the entire perimeter of our office, showcasing abundant trees and the Scioto River for an atmosphere that’s très zen.
